About the service

Fontsmate provides a font library, educational content and tools for choosing typography. Editorial recommendations are design guidance. The user makes the final choice and evaluates suitability for the project.

Font files and licenses

Fonts are provided under their own licenses listed on their profiles. Using the portal does not change those terms. Before using, modifying or redistributing a file, read its license and preserve the required information.

Content, availability and corrections

Do not impersonate font designers or present the portal’s materials as your own. Information may need updating; report errors to the editorial team. Uninterrupted tool availability is not guaranteed. Local selections may be lost when browser data is cleared.

Services and contact

A service inquiry does not automatically place an order. Scope and terms of any engagement are agreed separately. Contact: Contact.

Our services include font selection, typography reviews, branding and design, including visual identity, websites and brand materials. Scope, fees, timing, rights to deliverables and implementation arrangements are agreed separately before work starts. The form does not conclude a contract or collect payments.

Using the tools

Browsing the library and using the tools is free and does not require an account. You need a browser and internet access; previews, the matcher, local saving and the form require JavaScript, and saving selections requires available localStorage. You may stop using the portal by closing the page. Matcher and detector results are guidance: check them with your own content, devices and files. Submitting a domain to the detector is not permission to scan it or a guarantee of measurement.

Messages and complaints

The form requires the marked fields and acceptance of the privacy policy and terms. Do not send spam, unlawful content, other people’s data without a basis, or confidential information unnecessary for the matter. Do not bypass safeguards or request limits. Report malfunctions and complaints through contact, including the page address, a description of the problem and details needed to reply. Newsletter requests

The newsletter is voluntary and free. The home-page form requires your email and one consent to the newsletter and promotions of Fontsmate services. The privacy policy and terms are linked beside the form for information. The form only sends a request to the operator; delivery may begin after address ownership is confirmed. Do not submit someone else’s address. Withdraw consent at any time by emailing the operator or contacting us.

Saving settings between visits requires optional permission in privacy settings. Newsletter consent and form submission do not depend on permission to save preferences.
